Nabtesco Aerospace, Inc., an Aerospace Leader in motion control actuation systems and components, is currently hiring.
OEM Sales Support Coordinator
Responsibilities
OEM Sales Administration
Coordinate receipt and processing of all OEM purchase orders.
Coordinates with Procurement on purchase order delivery schedules from Nabtesco Corporation -Japan.
Prepares & maintains delivery schedules, shipping documentation, & OEM Monthly Report.
Contract Administration
Develops new programs after contract award.
Coordinates Long Term Agreement (LTA) negotiations & related activities.
Customer Support
Coordinates with internal departments and/or Nabtesco Corporation -Japan to provide on-site customer support for technical and contractual issues.
Preferred Experience and Background:
Background in sales with excellent interpersonal skills to interface with customers, other outside organizations, and other departments within the company and Nabtesco Corporation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for fast-paced environment resolving product shortages, accounting issues, issuing quotations, and submitting proposals.
Self-motivated and able to comfortably balance a large number of tasks.
Three or more years in the Aerospace market dealing with large customer base in areas of sales and/or marketing preferred.
Proficiency with WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, Project and PowerPoint.
Four-year college degree with emphasis on Engineering or Business is preferred; equivalent and relevant work experience will be considered.
