● QA Certificates

AS9100 Certificate (with ISO 9001)
Third-party certification (AS9100:D and ISO 9001:2015) of our quality management system for manufacturing and service/repair of aerospace components; certificate lists the Kirkland, WA site and scope.
Who it's for: Airline/OEM quality teams, auditors, and procurement.
Drug Abatement Letter
Statement of compliance with U.S. DOT/FAA drug and alcohol testing program requirements applicable to Part 145 maintenance providers; typically required by air carriers and primes during supplier qualification.
Who it's for: Airline compliance, safety, and supplier management.

● OEM Certifications

FAA Repair Station Certificate (14 CFR Part 145)
FAA certificate identifying Nabtesco Aerospace's Part 145 repair station status (Cert. HV6R601N). Often requested with OpSpecs and capability listings when onboarding or renewing vendor approval.
Who it's for: U.S. operators, QA/compliance, and sourcing teams.
Operations Specifications (OpSpecs)
FAA-issued Operations Specifications defining our authorized ratings/scope and limitations for maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations under the repair station certificate; normally reviewed alongside the certificate for capability confirmation.
Who it's for: QA, engineering authorities, and approving inspectors.
EASA Certificate (Part-145)
European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approval recognizing Nabtesco Aerospace, Inc. as a Part-145 maintenance organization (approval ref. EASA.145.4917).
Who it's for: EU/EASA-regulated operators, lessors, and partner MROs.
UK CAA Maintenance Organisation Approval (Part-145)
UK Civil Aviation Authority Part-145 approval (ref. UK.145.50793) under UK - FAA bilateral agreements, enabling dual release documentation for UK-regulated operators.
Who it's for: UK operators, leasing companies, and quality/compliance teams.

● Supplier Documents

Purchase Order Terms & Conditions
Contractual terms governing purchases by Nabtesco Aerospace, including quality, delivery, and commercial requirements. Review and acceptance are required for suppliers fulfilling our POs.
Who it's for: All suppliers and subcontractors.
PO Notes
Supplemental purchase order notes with specific instructions and quality clauses referenced on individual orders. Ensure the latest revision is used when processing any Nabtesco Aerospace PO.
Who it's for: Suppliers fulfilling Nabtesco POs (read with T&Cs).
